Hi! I’m Alix Lynch. Thanks for taking the time to learn if I could be a good fit.

After 7 years at Amazon and 10 years at Intel, I left corporate leadership to focus on what I was most talented in and passionate about: maximizing others’ potential.

I learned these skills through my education (BA Psychology; MBA); 10 years on-the-job experience in HR (Organizational Consultant and Change Management); and 7 years of Executive Leadership and Management (Product, Engineering, Science, and Analytics).

I launched Growth Perspective to provide Executive Coaching and Organizational Consulting contracts to my corporate partners then quickly wished to be of more service to my neighbors and broader community. Thus I enrolled in UC Davis’ Professional Coaching for Life and Work program and certified at the International Coaching Federation Professional Coaching level (ICF PCC).

I figured I’d spent a lifetime being curious about and successfully solving the problems of tech employees within the relationships and environments they found themselves in; why not do it for a broader swath of people interested in an additional personal or professional perspective?

Working directly with individuals or couples has exceeded my wildest expectations helping clients unlock actionable insight and growth. I also offer a wide breadth of relatable experiences to empathize rather than just sympathize. I.e. have risen from an international adoptee and single teen mother to earning two degrees and raising two sons while climbing the corporate ladder. On my journey I have survived SA, chronic pain, hostile work environments, retaliation, and acrimonious divorce while doing my best - sometimes more gracefully than others. It has been a difficult but meaningful journey and I have achieved a healthy, happy, fulfilling life.

Hence why after wrapping up my corporate career I continue to reach back to help others.
